Engineered nonwoven fabrics have become increasingly popular in automotive applications because of their cost-effectiveness, moldability, improved acoustics, and performance.  Our Colorguard® fibers offer the extra UV and thermal resistance essential in automotive applications.

ConForm Automotive manufactures solution dyed fibers in a full spectrum of colors. Black, semi-dull, natural, and optically bright whites are commonly used.  Tow blends of two or more colors are available for customers who require accurate and reproducible preblending of component fibers.  We produce these UL Certified polyester fibers using post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials such as plastic pop bottles in a process called “green manufacturing”.
